In possession of a Matric Certificate or a NQF, Level 4 equivalent with the ability to speak and understand English. Along with completing all elements of the Application Form, the applicant will have to submit a letter motivating why they wish to be on this program to secure their place.

This program seeks candidates who want full time jobs as an outcome.

The modules, which will make up the Work Readiness Programme, are all aligned to SAQA Unit Standards. The Work Readiness Programme does not have certification for each module. Certification by SETA for a specific course can only be Accredited if the course is a Learnership.

QASA supports the concept of Work Readiness rather than Learnerships and believes that the intense course of the Work Readiness Programme will be more effective for employment seeking and employment uptake.

QASA has opted for the option of having the training material aligned to the Unit Standard, as we will be rolling out a 2 months Skills Programme whereby the focus will be impact of mainstream employment.
