The aim of the Work Readiness & Employment Programme is to equip trainees with the necessary skills and tools for gainful employment. The programme facilitates an accredited 3-month online training programme (17 modules including MS Office) for over 150 unemployed youth with mobility impairments.

The Project received a Change Agent Recognition Award from the South African Board for Personnel Practice (SABPP) in September 2019 for Employment Equity Development and Transformation

The project received the Impumelelo 2020 Top Empowerment Finalist Award
