The QASA Employment Project supports members in accessing meaningful and sustainable employment through a targeted partnership with SCallaghan, a professional recruitment company led by a recruiter who is also a QASA member.

This unique partnership combines recruitment expertise with lived experience of disability. SCallaghan actively builds relationships with employers, promotes inclusive hiring practices, and identifies permanent employment opportunities for QASA members. Members also receive hands‑on support with professional CV development, helping them present their skills confidently and competitively.

Supported by QASA’s CV database of members seeking employment, the project creates practical pathways into the labour market and addresses barriers faced by persons with quadriplegia and paraplegia.
