We received the following letter from a member who received a wheelchair through the QASA programmes and projects.
Dear QASA (to every person that was of assistance),
I greatly appreciate the wonderful opportunity and privilege of owning my first wheelchair in my life after 25 years of being in a wheelchair due to an overdose of medication at the age of 12, which left me a spastic quadriplegic with irreversible brain damage. Today through the grace of God, I healed tremendously, although I have a speech impediment and I believe myself to be a paraplegic now.
I’m thankful to QASA (to every person that was of assistance) for paving the way for me, a few years after I matriculated, to attend Bible College in December 2011. I obtained a certificate in Christian ministry, a diploma in theology in 2012, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Theology in 2013. I thank you all for the great support over the years. You truly a blessed organisation.
Once again, I want to say how thankful I am for all your help. It’s because of you that I’m able to stand tall in spirit with much humbleness. I would like just to say thanks a million times over. I will be forever grateful for your support. I’m so thankful for the wheelchair, thanks!
God shall do something great in your life in Jesus’ name.
Yours sincerely,
Rudi Marcelino Aspeling
